Engineering Services

Engineering services focus on calculations, design and preparation of technical drawings for process, utility and safety systems. The scope covers new facilities and modifications to existing oil and gas, LNG, petrochemical, chemical and industrial plants. 

Process engineering includes simulation, heat and material balances, equipment sizing, control and safety valve sizing, and hydraulic calculations. Design deliverables include PFDs, P&IDs, equipment datasheets, technical specifications and calculation reports. 

Utility system design addresses steam, cooling water, compressed air, nitrogen, water treatment and wastewater treatment. Technical safety engineering includes firewater demand calculations, pump sizing, hydraulic and surge analysis, firefighting system design, hazardous area classification and safety layouts. Engineering reviews and interface checks support consistency between calculations, design documents and drawings.
