An HSE Case presents a structured demonstration that major accident hazards have been identified, risks assessed and suitable controls established.
A Design HSE Case supports the integration of safety requirements into facility design, while an Operational HSE Case demonstrates how risks are managed during operation. Our scope includes facility descriptions, HSE management arrangements, major accident assessments and supporting safety studies.
We identify Safety Critical Elements (SCEs) and develop associated Performance Standards. Supporting assessments may include QRA, FERA, EERA, ESSA and TRIA, depending on the facility and project requirements. We also support Bowtie analysis, MOPO development and ALARP demonstrations.
Our deliverables bring together technical evidence and management arrangements to support safe design, operational readiness and ongoing risk management.
