Practical training in QRA, HAZID, HAZOP and SIL develops the knowledge and skills needed to conduct and contribute to process safety studies. Courses are tailored to participants’ experience, project requirements and learning objectives.
QRA training covers scenario development, frequency analysis, consequence modelling, risk evaluation and interpretation of results.
HAZID training focuses on systematic hazard identification, qualitative risk assessment and the development of recommendations.
HAZOP training addresses study preparation, node selection, guideword application, deviation analysis and workshop documentation.
TN provides practical Safety Integrity Level (SIL) training covering functional safety fundamentals, SIL determination using LOPA, and an introduction to SIL verification. Through practical examples, participants develop an understanding of safety instrumented functions and their role in reducing process risks.
Case studies and practical exercises help participants apply these methods to representative process systems and facilities. The training supports effective participation in workshops, technical report preparation and informed risk management decisions.
