TN provides HSE services covering Safety Management Plans (SMP), Emergency Response Plans (ERP), Oil Spill Response Plans (OSRP) and Chemical Spill Response Plans (CSRP) for industrial facilities and projects. SMPs define organizational arrangements, responsibilities, procedures and safety management measures for project execution and operations. ERPs establish emergency scenarios, notification procedures, command structures, coordination arrangements and resource mobilization to protect people, the environment and assets. OSRPs address oil spill risks, response organization, containment and recovery resources, and measures to limit spill impacts. CSRPs identify potential chemical spill scenarios and appropriate response measures based on chemical hazards, storage conditions and handling practices. Each plan is tailored to project characteristics, applicable regulatory requirements and available resources, while supporting training, drills and emergency preparedness.
