Hazard Identification (HAZID)

TN Technical Services provides Hazard Identification (HAZID) studies to identify and assess potential hazards associated with project facilities and activities. The study supports early recognition of risks to personnel, assets and the environment throughout the project lifecycle. A structured workshop is conducted with a multidisciplinary team under the guidance of an experienced facilitator. Relevant project information and agreed guidewords are used to systematically review potential hazardous events. Existing or proposed safeguards are evaluated, and risks are assessed using the agreed risk matrix. Recommendations are developed where additional risk reduction measures are required. The findings are documented in a HAZID report to support design development and ongoing risk management.
